Law for senior citizens in Florida

It´s illegal to dye your hairs violet or blue if you are retired person and living in Florida.
Punishment for breaking this law will be first time $1 000 fines and second time $5 000 fines and extortion.

Yes I have to think it is a very sensible law.
I mean it has been scientifially proven(dont ask where, who, and when) that the hair dyes with those particular colors have poisioning effects when it comes into contact with the ink printed on the newsletters pensioners in Florida recieve every month...

I only have you Floridian Old Ladies in mind :D
