Why? I say Philippines, havent been there for 7 yrs, absolutely love the food.

I dont know if they do this anymore but when I was there, during traffic lights and jams local philippino boys would run up to your car, clean your front window without asking then demand money. They get very angry if you dont pay up. Also they sell really yummy mints... Or they used to.
