Just make sure you give me plenty of advance notice, so I can stock up on ammunition and sight in my scope!

Heck, I would even go out and buy a new Sniper rifle for the occasion. That silly hat on Serendipities head would sure look cute with a couple of 7.62mm holes in it!:p :D :) :p

Couple of questions -

1. Where?

2. Define 'active'. I mean, if Ada showed up at the door, would we turf her out. How long do you have to be off before you're classed as 'inactive'

3. When?

Phreakmeister

I suggest right in the middle of all the DL-users: The Netherlands.

Ok, let´s be serious...that is not a stupid thing what you said. Internet is full of dangerous freaks (we are all freaks here but I don´t think at many of us is dangerous :D ) and we don´t really know who is Horseman, Aclu14, DV8, Serendipity, kontulib etc. We know those persons olny by Internet...we haven´t never met them...Aclu14 can possibly be Bubba47 and Horseman can be a murderer who has just released from mental hospital...but I thrust these people here anyway. Why? I have no choise if I want to discuss with them...I can´t think when I´m discussing with Horse at he is maybe some kind of psycho...that is possible, but I don´t want to think that possibility because then I can´t discuss here....

Peace and love for everyone!

IT HAPPENED IN GEORGIA!!

Georgia is and will always be the spiritual home of Dumb Laws. Look you guys, while you've been sitting back there and posting here in your comfy armchairs and silk kimonos, drinking coffee and smoking those good imported cigars, Andy and Jeff have spent literally several hours making Dumb Laws the punchy, vibrant place it is today. Their efforts have paid off well: now they can afford to pay you dollars to find new laws for them - and the response to this offer has overwhelmed them, there are now absolutely two more laws on the site.

So if there's to be a reunion, we have to make it Georgia (http://www.parliament.ge/TOURISM/).

I double you and call all of ya's on DC. (Don't forget about those aliens!) Rock, DC gets more than enough attention. Now, if we go about this logically, it's plain that there are 3 suitable venues. Let's go through them all one by one:

Kampala, the capital of Uganda, was run for a short but tempestuous while by Idi Amin, a fascist dictator of stereotypical proportions. On the plus side:
good weather guaranteed
Interesting wildlife
Home to no known DL member - neutral ground
Minus:
Internet availability doubtful, so no webcast of the event
Uncertain political state of affairs
Possibly dodgy food
Manila, capital of the Philippines where a good cigar is a smoke:
Positives
Easy access for any surf-dudes to do their thing
And shell-collectors
Many shoe-shops
"Manila" is an anagram of "animal"
Negatives:
Too many shoe-shops
Too many cigars
Too many computer viruses
Too many typhoons
And finally, Brampton, Cumbria, England
Positives:
English, or a variant of it, is spoken there, just like at DL
There are folk there who could tell some DL members a thing or two about socialism!!
Beautiful scenery
I won't have to travel far
In fact, I could walk it

And negatives:
Locals too kind and generous
All local men and women are good-looking and rich, and like to be friendly with foreigners
Drink is free most days
Too much golf, hunting, and other sports
And so on
So, what's it to be?

I say Philippines, havent been there for 7 yrs, absolutely love the food.

I dont know if they do this anymore but when I was there, during traffic lights and jams local philippino boys would run up to your car, clean your front window without asking then demand money. They get very angry if you dont pay up. Also they sell really yummy mints... Or they used to.

Now people WHY are we even debating this when we all know it should be in Sydney, AWE-STRAL-YA?

Positives:
* everyone speaks (bar the minute mute population and even they can be quite expressive)
* exchange rate means you could all probably travel, stay and eat here for about $12
* The scorchig sun is a nice change to the ever-popular European drizzle as we are quite close to that hole in the ozone layer...very nice in summer :)
* Despite prostitution, drugs etc being illegal, with our PM you could probably get away with it.
* There is a substantial population of Aussie guys and girls which we all know are the most pleasent in the world.
* Using profanity of the worst degree will probably find you a great deal of friends and free drinks for the night

Negatives:
* traffic is a little undesireable on a Saturday

...so are we all agreed?
