On this site, you say at the Dutch laws: 'It is legal to smoke pot, buy it, or have less than 5 grams with you.'

This is not right. It is still illegal. But there isn't a penalty for violation. So you can still do it without any problems.

I think this 'gedoogbeleid' sucks. Either make it legal of get a penalty for violation, but this is stupid.

ok... so they all suffer from insomnia, oh well,
oh and my folks say that there is still apenalty, but they don't proscicute poeple who violate it
