It is forbidden to bring bears to the beach

This is a law in Haifa, Israel.........
Are there any bears at all in Israel, besides in the zoos????????

Well,
we don't have bears in here..
(except the zoos)
but if you will look closely at the bible,
you will find that we have kids-eaters bears (and that's not true)
