"You must have a neck to knee swimsuit in order to swim at Brighton Beach."
There is a very legitimate reason for this law. The ocean around Australia has a vast population of exotic fish. It is most famous for the Great Barrier Reef, the largest and most dangerous coral reef in the world. Great White Sharks love to live around these areas, but they are not the only deadly inhabitants of the ocean. There are jellyfish called "Sea Wasps", which are incredibly poisonous, and if even one tentacle touches the human skin, that human has a very short time to live. By wearing a suit which covers up the heart and vital organs, the sea wasp will not kill someone.
