Any citizen over the age of 30 who wishes may obtain a tobacco tax exemption and henceforth not be charged any tobacco tax on tobacco products purchased for his or her own use.

However, no citizen with a tobacco tax exemption may sue any tobacco company nor claim health benefits for emphesyma, lung cancer, or other ailments directly related to tobacco use.

Typical Ratzi response. If the tobacco user can afford it, the tobacco user gets organs, just like everybody else. After all, if you look at the reality of the matter, organ transplants are handed out on the basis of who is rich and famous. Or are you also of the opinion that nobody who ingests ethanol voluntarily should be permitted to have an organ transplant. Ethanol is as much a carcinogen as are the materials in tobacco.

Caffeine is also a carcinogen. It's a direct homologue of thymidine and can be accidentally incorporated into DNA and RNA, which tends to have rather nasty results for the gene in question.
