New Design -- Opinions?

I was trying to come up with a fresh look for dumb laws. After a little while, I came up with this: Dumb Laws Template (http://www.dumblaws.com/adfree/new%20design/index2.htm). What do you think -- should I stick with the old design, or should I pursue the new design (and if so, what changes should I make to improve it).

Hmmmm I don't know ogb it's not bad. At least it has more color in it than this one does.

Why not try a teal or something besides so much blue for a change. Anything with more color would be nice.

Good point about the colors (and of course I want honest opinions -- otherwise, what would be the point of asking at all?)

Well -- I'm not much of an artist -- does anyone know any colors they'd like to see in there. I've noted idnew's teal suggestion, and I've been trying to work it in there.

Just get rid of that dull brown. Try the brown with a pale green or something maybe and the words in ???? Come on people a little help with colors here is what he wants I think. The layout looks fine, just do as paulgro says and keep tossing different color schemes at us until we all agree on something.

Maybe try a darker blue as background, but mainly get this brown color away and use a different writing.

Well the green doesnt stand out as much as the blue and I think good colors would be dark teal green and light green or teal and peach, a deep peach, not feminine, just contemporary http://www.dumblaws.com/ubb/smile.gifIf you want it a little wilder try the dark blue and an orange color...that would be a fun palette of color! I think the logo should stay as the old one except if you went with orange and dark blue the words dumblaws should naturally be in the orange...just my opinion http://www.dumblaws.com/ubb/wink.gif
