VBulletin?

Jeff and I are talking about switching this forum from a UBB to a VBulletin (as a part of a MAJOR redesign of the site). This is a question for those who are familiar with the two varities: should we switch to VBulletin, should we stay with UBB, or is there a different board out there that we should consider?

my reccomendation is PHP BB it is the best forum i have seen so far http://www.dumblaws.com/ubb/biggrin.gif you can tailor it to prettymuch whatever you want

I'm not familer with VB. Have you got a link we can look at. I am familer with PHP as I'm an adminstrator on one.

my opinion is that vbulletin is good. quick and easy to navigate, you can apply multiple custom skins to it so the veiwer gets a choice.
try demented.org for a well run, fast example.
