Milwaukee, WI: (not sure if it's a city or state law)
It is illegal to sleep in any public park.

This law is especially enforced on the night of July 2nd at Veterans Park, where there are fireworks on the night of the 3rd.

If it applies only to Milwaukee, it's a city law. It was probably aimed at (or against) bums.

The law in all its majesty forbids the rich as well as the poor from sleeping under the bridge!
