anti-Rap/Hip-Hop law

Rap and/or Hip-Hop may not be played within a 5,000 mile radius of where i am currently located. if Rap and/or Hip-Hop were to be played in the 5,000 mile radius, they will suffer the consequences. they would to choose one of the following punishments:

1. u will tortured by me. all ur cds will broken right in front of u. i will gut u and give papercuts and cause serious damage. any and every method of torture will be used. this law was altered on LawQueen12's request. well, technically it wasn't a request. but a very good suggestion. so i took it under consideration.

if they decide not to choose a punishment, one will be chosen for them. TORTURE.

There's rap and there's rap. A world without MC Solaar, Massive Attack, and one or two others, would be a poorer place IMO. In any case, I would never advise silencing people who have something worthwhile to say.

What about rock music that has rap in it? For example, Korn usually has one or two songs on each of their albums that is a bit on the "rap" side of things.

well, KoRn does not count as a real metal band so i do not pay much attention to them. But i doubt anything that sounds remotely similar to rap in thier music is not intentional.
The kind of metal that i listen to does not have any rap in it.
I hate rap because i don't want to listen about how some people think they are gangstas or how they have money. What you have and what you are is not what i care about. But how about putting some meaning and showing real talent in your music instead of expressing your fake ego's

I do not know what there is not to like in the world of metal. there is nothing wrong with this genre which is always looked at as either a satanic ritual or a bunch of freaks playing music.
Not all metal is like that. I do not think that you have heard half the bands which mushroomhead has listed

indeed. like ppl always say, don't judge a book by it's cover. and at least the rock music is somewhat original compared to lame-*** rap. rap is just fags talking really fast put to beats. and in rock, u actually play an instrument and actually have to come up with ideas for the music, not just use words and a god damn microphone. granted it is in rock and metal and stuff, but guitars, drums, DJs, keyboards, and maybe even more of the all the above if necessary. which in my opinion is music my friend. so there's my belief on rap music.

to make rap music all you need is a computer and a very arrogant personality.
To make real music, (rock, metal, ect) you need to take the time to write it.
it also takes talent. gifted musicianship. Rap loses all credibility in its sheer unintelligence. The phrase "Keepin' it real" is an example of how it is now "cool" to be stupid. Who wants to listen to so called "music" about money and women and cars. I am puerto rican and i don't even listen to that genre of music.

I listen to 96.7 KCAL and 103.9 (ROCK) those are the best stations in So. Cal;) Except the morning stuffy, that show is just stupid and i can't listen to it with the kids cause there so naughty
