which makes me wonder.....who's more liberal? Men or women?

This could be a big and heated debate, Biblonde... http://www.dumblaws.com/ubb/biggrin.gif I look forward to it!

The question could also be: Who's more conservative?

And of course, there's no right answer - you'll always find women who are more liberal than plenty of men, and vice versa.

Well I for one am pretty conservative and I do rule the men around me. http://www.dumblaws.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I'm extremely liberal, and on the other hand I'm not.(long story, but of course the Dutch are very liberal poeple) Anyway, I think in general, women are more liberal, cuz men have more of a follow orders-instinct.
I once saw this thing on Discovery where they asked first a team of five male police officers to eat a meal with a banana on their head, which they tried and they picked up the banana everytime, whereas a team of female police-officers, whom they asked to do the same thing, talked about it together and decided not too.(which I just realised, doesn't make any point in this discussion, cuz it says nothing about how liberal or conservitive these poeple are, but I don't feel like having done all this typing 4 nothing so I'm gonna post this anyway.)

I don't remember where I heard or read this, but it was similar to what Enforcer mentioned. A team of both men and women were given a task to paint a room. The men just got up and did it whereas the women discussed it first then proceeded. however, once both teams were finished, it was said that the women's work was more precise and the men did a bad paint job.
The point being, men can be quick to finish a job but it doesn't always mean that they did it correctly. http://www.dumblaws.com/ubb/tongue.gif

Must agree that men don't always do a better job then women, but we don't have the patients to sit around and gab about the job at hand for ages as women do. It drives us nuts when it takes so long to come to a simple agreement and would sooner finish something quickly than talk about it forever you see? Especially something as trivial to most of us as the paint job in the kitchen or whatever? And although the finished job may look better when the women are done, we're already off to tackle more important matters. Such as making a living for instance.

Welcome tramp

But if you hired a male painter and he did a crappy job us women would just make him do it over again, so he might as well do it right the first time. Actually I had a painter do the outside of my house. He'd already cleaned up his equipment when I noticed some spots he forgot cause he just wanted to finish. Needless to say he wasn't going anywhere till he did it over and I wasn't going to pay him till he did it again. So therefore he wasted a lot of valuable time.

Well... I've been to the Netherlands for a quite long time and can agree that women rule there! I loved it! (sorry, I hope I don't look a nationalist) :)
But actually it's the same everywhere! The difference is just whether women let men know who really rule them. As we say in Russia: "A man is a head, but a woman is a neck. Wherever neck wants head turns to". Enjoy it:)
