Whatever happened to the story about the crematorium operator that was burying bodies in Georgia? Last I heard there was a news blackout, they were draining a nearby lake, and the body count was at 316. Then nothing. My co-worker and I had money on how many bodies they'd find when the story broke. He said less than 200 and I said more than 500. We were intently following this story every day as the bet was for a very large sum, then nothing! I hate it when the news misinformation services do this! Any body? Jeff??

I haven't heard anything more about it either. I hate when the news doesn't follow up with things like that, but they will continually bomb board us with other stuff.

On March 4th, 339 corpses had been recovered, of which 86 had been identified, according to the BBC (http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/world/americas/newsid_1854000/1854413.stm) and Ananova (http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_535851.html). That's the most recent news about it I could find online.

Thanks Phreak! I love the web. A person in Washington can get news and links about a story in Georgia from a person in Holland!
