First of all, welcome back. It's always nice to see old members return.:)

Then I would like to argue, that The Simpsons is humour on a very high level. At the present time I am actually studying the series for a test this summer. If you look down under the surface, it is very wellwritten, and sublime humour.

That, of course, doesn't mean that you have to like it. We all have different taste, also when it comes to what makes us laugh.

Favorite Band: None in particular... usually listen to the radio, and the station I have on plays a good mix of the music I like.

Person You Would Most Like To Meet: I would have loved to meet Florence Nightingale, but of course she's long gone. From the realms of the living... I think maybe Michael Wood... he does historical programmes for the television, and I think he makes history really fascinating.

Favorite Television Show: Lots of favourites... Sopranos, Dead like me, Eastenders, The Thin Blue Line.. but the one thing I can't live without is actually a radio programme. I listen through the internet now... it's on BBC Radio 4, and is a "radio soap" called The Archers.

Hobbies: all types of needlework... knitting, cross stitch, crochet to name some. Reading. Gardening. Writing letters, e-mail. Baking/canning.
