Interesting.

http://www.pollingreport.com/wh04gen.htm

Dean 46%, Bush 51%.

Consider this (http://groups.google.com/groups?q=%22Clinton+trailing+Bush+43+percent+to+33 +percent%22&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&selm=politicsU2AC610pe%40clarinet.com&rnum=1), from early '92.
A Time magazine and Cable News Network poll, released Saturday, shows Clinton trailing Bush 43 percent to 33 percent, indicating an erosion in support for the Arkansas governor. A similar survey in mid-March had the governor and the president running neck and neck at 43 percent.

personally i doubt history will repeat itself in so precise a fashion... though its definitely going to be interesting to see if this does happen...

I'm not suggesting any direct parallels. I'm just saying it look real good for Dean at this point.
