Hi my name is alejandra and I will need your help. I am looking for the most stupid law in the USA....for a research paper. Please tell me which one do you think is the most stupid one.....Thanks.

Thanks for all of your advices..... And you are right, "stupid" is a matter of personal opinion. And besides my question was not a very claer one. Anyways I will look closely to Florida, and please continue sending me advices. Again Thanks.

Well to "stupid" is one of personal opinion in the first place, but as to the "most stupid", I wouldn't know where to begin...

He's right, that makes no sense at all. OK. Alejandra, my friend and I have examined all the US laws on this page and determined that the stupidest law is: (Florida)Having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal. Actually, Florida has a few interesting laws you might want to check out.

You are right....there are many laws that I don't even know where to start....anyways Thanks for your help I appreciate it.

toe-shoes (like, ballet-POINTE shoes) I say we're all idiots. I mean, what intelligent person would spend this much time on a website devoted to idiotic laws???? O ya, i still say that porcipine (how the heck do u spell that?) is the worst.

Dippy, how do you get the smilies in the middle of your post? And I'm with you. I've found more thought provoking opinions at this sight than anywhere. If I can get Phreakmeister to think MY way, I'll send you a porcupine(porky also needlecoon)!
