It will be illegal to show 'the Sound of Music' in any country. Ever. For whatever reason. On pain of exceptionally brutal torture and death.

I went to a pop festival last year (A Campingflight to Lowlands Paradise, for those who are interested) where they had a Sing-A-Long-A-Sound-Of-Music. I think it lasted for five hours. I wouldn't wanna be found dead there.

LOL. I just flip the station if it comes on TV. Getting sick of the "Wizard of Oz" every year also.

The Sound of Music happens to be my mum's favourite film. However,I am in agreement with you on this one - The Sound of Music is brain-numbing & a load of old tripe. I also think Mary Poppins is of the same quality.

I first saw it as a child. Around the time I first saw it, a lot of bad things started happening. It reminds me of my life before I went through some of the things I went through.
