Is it anyone who knows way this law exist?
A man over the age of 18 may be arrested for statutory rape if the passenger in his car is not wearing her socks and shoes, and is under the age of 17.
(It's an law from Indiana)
I think it's a bit stupid. You don't always have socks on you during the summer and if your traveling over a longer distance you might wanna take your shoes of.

i'm sure back when that law was passed, proper young women never went barefoot, even in the summer.. i've seen pictures of people on the beach fully clothes and 'sunning' on the beach.. laffin.. since the girl is underage and the male is an 'adult'.. monkey bizness would be goin on if the gal was half-dressed (for the times) :)

No, in most states, it is impossible for a man to be raped by a woman. *Sigh, and in my life, it is at least unlikely.
As far as the no shoes thing goes, I was told at a summer camp in high school that it was considered an orgy for 3 or more people to be in a close room with each of them missing at least one article of clothing. I guess that's to crack down on strip-poker games.

It depends.
Statutuary (sp) rape would allow, so to speak, a female adult to rape a male minor.
