The NJ Legislature is going to make it mandatory for public schools to hang posters that say, "In God We Trust"

Now who really cares? Not even the principal of my school does. To ruffle some feathers, I'm going to put up posters taht say "In Buddha We Trust" "In Vishnu We Trust" "In Shiva We Trust" "In Allah We Trust" "In (insert name of deity here) We Trust"

Apparently they need this to make them look like decent christians. Coz when it comes to actions they're absolutely not decent christians.

we've had this »in who do you trust« discussion before... - but what is really of a big interest for me: do the americans only claim everything on their christian god or is there really a big majority of orthodox people? how would they react if you'd really put on the poster »in allah we trust«!?

regards,
ungua

Wonderful mistake: a certain amount of coins in the US got, on the side, the text: "In Gold We Trust". Misprint.
