I really found it comical when he went over to Afganistan after Sept 11 to discuss politics and peace and what not with the Taliban as if he were an actual state official...

wow this was posted a long time ago.....in any case i saw a thing on tv last night about the rev. and all they focused on was negative things and the black guy on there was sayin "you keep discusing negative things about jesse cause hes black". ok that might fly with some people but look at bill clinton name 1 thing he did positve for the country....exactly we don't focus on positive things cause the negative things are easier to pick at white or black!

Under Bill Clinton the American presidency still had a certain amount of authority. George Bush is the laughing stock of the world.

What makes Jesse Jackson a "Reverend" anyway? No Church. No congregation. He simply adopted the title to gain credibility with gullible followers. I'm not religious, so I'm not outraged or anything, but I am surprised at the ease with which one can adopt the title and get instant respect.
By the way, I'm glad Jesse's in the political picture - he does force meaningful debate on issues of consequence. I don't agree with him on many things but at least he doesn't skirt the real issues.

Jackson is the epitome of the american political predator, the epitome of fu(k it im makin' $. The evidence for this is overwhelming, and obvious. Sticky Sweet altruist words, and a couple good deeds to cloak close to bllions in extortion and holding people political hostage
