Real, but no actual case - I hope nobody told it before. In Louisiana a man entered a small pub, put a $20 note on the bar and wanted to have change. When the barman opened the till, he took a pistol and demanded all the money being in it. The barman gave it to him and the robber escaped, but left the $20 note in the pub. The sum the robber stole: $15. Is this a crime if someone threatens you with a pistol and gives money to you?
