Ice cream kidnapper

In Kansas City, an ice cream truck driver told a 7-year old girl that in order to get her treat she would have to come inside the truck. Once this was done, he shut the door. This was right in front of her grandmother and a neighbor! The neighbor opened the door, forcing the driver to stop, freeing the girl, and warned off other children trying to buy ice cream. The police came to the suspect's house, where they found an ice cream truck in the driveway. How dumb can you get?

I'm surprised the ice cream driver made it home! If this was on my block, he'd have definitely gone to the hospital!

and have a protolgist remove the ice cream,via the nose,but I think that would be ear nose and throat Dr.
