This test is very complete. I think I'm about 100 now. lol due to the way I live but this part was interesting. "CONTINUE YOUR CURRENT LEVEL OF DAILY ALCOHOL USE. Your RealAge is younger because you consume a half serving of alcohol per day. Studies have shown that moderate alcohol consumption slows the aging process for most women" :toast

Apparently I'm about 2.2 years younger than my calendar age, but I could do a lot better if I took more exercise (I agree). Not sure how much of their scoring is based on evidence rather than prejudice, though.

For example, in their resulting plan they say that the optimal level of vitamin C intake is 1200 mg/day. This might be true, but I would be interested to know how they arrived at this figure!

i was my normal age (19.4) all the way through, til it got to alcohol bit, where it shot right down to 16.somthing! (i dont drink)
then next thing i knew it shot up again lol!

it suggested i got a dog lol!

lol sis 65 huh...........damn it really aged you, told you that you were older*snicker, snicker*............actually I only went up about 3 years from my real age and nooooooooo I ain't telling what that is:lol
