oops...the wrong one

A 19 year old disguised as a policeman in Erfurt, Germany and planned to stop cars with broken lights to get some fine from them. He put a signal on his private car and drove along and wanted to convince the other car drivers with that. Unfortunately the driver in the second car he stopped was a policewoman off duty - bad luck.
