Hi everyone. My goodness, I'm flattered at all the replies!
I'll give you "some" info. This is the internet, after all.

That's enough for a start.... At least we know where and what [M/F] you are. Thanks.
...[I'm over 30 too...:think WAY over 30...! :wink ]
Are you having a "white Christmas" where you are? [Canada's a big place]
It's supposed to be in the 80's [*F] on Christmas Day here.

No white Christmas for us this year. It's about 10 here and raining - I think that's around 50 degrees for you...so sad, I was hoping for some snow this year. :( I don't know, maybe I'd prefer it to be in the 80's rather than wet and blah.

mp - What does a typical 3 bedroom 2 bath home go for in your part of Canada?

Hi Dustybottoms,
There isn't much "typical" here; it really depends on location & type of home. It can range anywhere from $70,000 to a million or higher. Are you in the market?

No.. Just curious if Canada is getting as crazy as California.
The median here is close to 600K and that gets you a small yard and windows that look into your neighbors bedroom.:zip
