What an ordeal....
So, my primary hard drive totally crashed yesterday morning. The datacenter had to pull the server, replace the drive, and restore it from backups. Then I had to do configuration black magic to get everything back up and running. 36 hour later, here we are.
Sorry it took so long -- I'm glad it's over (and my backups worked!)
