Has anyone seen "Training Day"?

There was a part where it mentioned a man who got out of a crime for being mentally unstable:

Just before this criminal's [let's call him Jack] trial Jack managed to get his hands on a jar of peanut butter. He smeared a large amount between his cheeks [butt cheeks]. When the judge entered he walked up to the stand, fished around in his pants then pulled out a large chunk of this peanut butter just before licking it off his fingers. The judge declared him mentally insane...

Delicious, but dont ask me if it was creamy smooth or chuncky.

I'd like to think it would take more then that for a judge to decide someone was insane, but you never know...

Around here it's not good to be declared legally insane, unless you're accused of a really heinous crime and are facing the death peanalty.
Legally insane means you lose a bunch of rights. You can be incarcerated for life in the nut house for eating peanut butter out of your prison blues.
