At the request of one of our great participants in the board (Serpendipity -- thanks!) we have decided to add a forum devoted entirely to dumb lawsuits.
I thought about creating a website devoted entirely to this topic quite a while ago, but I never actually got around to it. If we get some good material in this board, I may just revive that idea. (By the way, by posting in this forum, you're giving us the right to use your story on any new website we may decide to create!)
Anyhow, I hope we get some great stories in here! If you wish, you can just chat about lawsuits in general. I know people have some strng feelings about some, so use this board as a venue to vent (but do so responsibly!).
