I found out about this because Jesse's friend that he works with told him his "slow" friend got caught in one of these and they were talking about how awesome this is! Well here in So Cal tons of men were SET UP! They were coming to meet a 12 to 13 year old boy or girl from the internet and they got caught and busted:laugh

These sick guys get to meet with Dateline NBC instead of the children THEY planned on meeting for sex!

Child molesters come in every shape and size with every kind of job! On here you'll see dateline catch a school teacher, a park attendant (oh yes, these men work with children) men with children and wives at home, OF and they don't like being RECORDED, haha!

Well WTG Dateline but wonder how many won't be caught now. Then again how many won't be going to meet any young girls either not knowing if it's a trap or not. I also came across a link to report child porn sites. Sometimes while surfing those sites pop up and two popped up on me so I reported them. It's really unbelievable to see such young children involved in porn.

These guys have been trapping the child molesters for quite a while now. The get on line in chat rooms and act like innocent young girls and boys. They arrange a meeting and when the child molester shows up they photo him and identify him. Then they publish his address, photo and where he works.

The police have mixed views on this process. Sometimes they are working a case and PJ blows it before the proper evidence is gathered.

I still think it is a good thing and now the police are working with them.

(AP) SANTA ANA, Calif. Thirteen men, including a California Highway Patrol lieutenant, have been charged in an Internet child molestation sting.

Orange County prosecutors say CHP Lieutenant Stephen Robert Deck and the others were arrested for allegedly trying to lure into secret encounters people they thought were 12- and 13-year-old girls they had met on the Internet. All face counts of attempted lewd acts upon a child under age 14.

The defendants range in age from 19 to 51. They allegedly chatted online with people from PervertedJustice.com, a group whose members pose as 12- and 13-year-old girls to talk with suspected child molesters and then turn over the information to authorities.

If convicted the men face a maximum of four years in prison.

Wow is all I can say. You just never know do you but I agree with you sin on the CHP because he prolly won't be alive after a week in prison. Now you would think with him being in law enforcement he would have known about the traps. Maybe not though since that would prolly be the Sheriff's dept and not the Hwy Patrol
