Hey Ducky. I have been discussing that alot with a friend lately and we have come to the conclusion I have been backing since I heard about it the first time: No, we don't believe in it. The recent events (more or less since 9/11) has shown how wrong Fukuyama was. I don't think history will ever come to an end.

The Romans thought their empire was the end of history, Napoleon thought his was. Even the nazis flirted with the thought. It is arrogant to think that an ideology, way of thinking or a nation will ever win the total victory and be the dominant one in the whole world for eternity.

You should never use the words never, ever, always or eternity in science. Ever...

I don't think history will ever come to an end. It will end when the world ends but like sin said ..........history for now ends at the present
