Just like the law here in NC that it is illegal to sing off key!! Or the one about the possession of a lottery ticket being illegal. Pretty stupid considering we have a state lottery here now! Stupid silly laws that are never enforced but never repealed either.

"Laws" also include municipal regulations... unless you have checked each and every county and city code, it's quite possible that there are laws still on the books that require or prohibit some truly odd stuff.
