And remember at in Finland first-timers must sit only 1/2 for their prison penalties and other 2/3...if you have got for manslaughter 9 years, and you are first-timer, you mus sit only 4 1/2 years...:mad

I think we let people out too soon also. We do it because we need the jail space....

Mmm...we don´t need jail space...here is (only) 2 900 inmates just now...we have lot of space in our prisons...
