Every person who is under 18 years old have no right to be in public places between 10 p.m - 6 a.m. without a good reason or without custody by some person some are over 25 years old.
The legal custodian will be punished first time by warning, second time by fines and third and all next times by imprisonment for 30 days.
If the legal custodian cannot keep the child out of public places between 10 p.m. - 6 p.m., the childrens welfare agency must take the child on custody.:clap

Absolutely Right! There is NO reason for a minor to be out at night. Oh wait, rights, civil liberties. Gonna have to establish at what age a person has citizenship rights, constitutional rights, civil rights, etc. Believe me, Amelia and the ACLU will drag you through the mud with this one.

Many American cities already have laws like this; but the curfew usually applies to those under 17. In fact, one of the local TV stations here used to put on the screen at 10PM "It's 10PM, do you know where your children are?" A shocking number of people couild not answer this question...

Sixteen seems to be more appropriate for a curfew, any other exclusions for younger than that would have to be thought out more. At that age, most things I and most of my peers ever did while out on the streets after 10pm were usually illegal.
