1) Hazarding traffic.
If the road user on purpose or by neglience is breaking "road traffic law" so, at his/hers course of action is making or should make danger in traffic, he/she is guilty for hazarding traffic and will be punished by fines or imprisonment not more than 3 months.

2) Gross/grand/felonious hazarding traffic
If the driver of motor vehicle on purpose or by unconsern is breaking "road traffic law" so, at his/hers course of action is making or should make serious danger to others life or health, he/she is guilty for gross/grand/felonious hazarding traffic and will be punished by fines what not go under 30 dayfines or imprisonmnet not more than 2 years.

3) Traffic escape
If the driver of motor vehicle who is part of traffic accident, failure to immediately stop the vehicle and help the victims, he/she is guilty for traffic escape and will be punished by fines or imprisonment not more than 1 year, if nowhere else in law is harder punishment for this action.

4) Driving without license
Who is driving motor vehicle without licence, he/she is guilty for driving without license and will be punished by fines or imprisonment not more than 3 months.

5) Traffic violation
Who otherwise is braking "road traffic law", he/she is guilty for traffic violation and will be punished by fines.

Those sound alot like ours I must say...but about the driving without license we get fined and have to go to traffic school or something like that anyways, and for driving while intoxicated we get either jail, or fined and we get our licence suspended :) I luckily have never gotten in trouble with the law while driving so I really dont know if I said all this correctly, im sure someone will be along shortly to correct me:lol
