(Law for treatment the users of controlled substance, sections 11 and 12)
11) Treatment because health danger.
The doctor of public health center or the doctor of hospital can order the user of controlled substance to treatment, without the users permission or will if the using of controlled substance makes harm to the users health, not more than five days.
12) Treatment because violent behaviour
Social leader or social secretary can order the user of controlled substance to treatment, without the users permission or will if the user behaviour is violent, not more than five days.
The provincial court can order the user of controlled substance to treatment, without the users permission or will if the users behaviour is violent, not more than 30 days.
