Hot Topics

I'm making a modification to this board -- I'm changing the number of messages to make a thread a 'hot topic' from 15 to 30. We were getting an awful lot of hot topics with all this participation on the board, and I don't think everything needs to be a hot topic. http://www.dumblaws.com/ubb/smile.gif
