The one that you can not sell alchol in town limits is true...the town was founded by Quakers, and they did not us alchol or something. A comforting thought though is that it is a small town and there are bars on 3 sides on town lines.
The Dog one (not being able to shoot a dog..) I don't know about, however, I think it is true cause we lived in "The Country" and our dog roamed free for 18 years! not shot once :p
