I say fifteen years old, because people know what they're doing by the time they're fifteen unless they're insane(Adolescent Onset Schizophrenia, etc). But there's still hope for teens, so they shouldn't be charged as adults :(. That's what probation and rehab is for.

I agree that 15 is more or less the best age to start charging people who break the law.But we have a problem here in Northern Ireland that so many young kid's are out on the street's rioting and are being drawn into a web of hate by those who are mean't to be searching for a lasting peace(excuse me while I break down laughing)What do you do with kid's who are brought up on a diet of hate for people they don't even know and rioting is so much fun.
They (the kid's) don't even know why they hate the other side, it's just the done thing.

Do the police let them get on with it or do they arrest them,for it to be thorw'n out of the court as they are minnor's or do they shot the wee git's with plastic bullet's....hmmmmmm:eek:

I also said 15 but I think they should be tried as adults. Too many commit crimes knowing they will get away with it.. ..

I agree BUT minors will NOT be punished by death...

I said 12 cuz I do in god honest truth think a 12 yo knows what it is doing when it is cutting a little child apart and chucking it onto a railway so it gets run over.

I dont think anyone or thing should be punished by death, it's not morally rite. Its sick and barbaric.

I agree with "Too many commit crimes knowing they will get away with it.. .." that is why I think they should learn from an early age of 12. But on con is they learn to be street wise earlier and learn to get away with crimes they have done.
