Father/mother have no right say to his/her child at "you are not my child". Punishment will be fines $100 to the society and $100 to the child.

I said at itīs illegal to say so to THEIR child...but, ok...if parents donīt want the punishment, they must to proof at the child is not their...:D

That is legal cause child can never be chore is his/hers parents REALLY his/hers parents...:D
