Law: Flicking a Bugar onto the wall.
Penalty: Putting salt on it and licking it off the wall.
2nd time will result in licking bugars off school walls.
Law: picking bugars in class.
Penalty: Person must pick all classmates bugars in his palms , then once reached at the end the person must put all forms of bugars found into a napkin and should take that napkin and store it in his backbag untill the semester is over. If the napkin is not kept the person gets Saturday school 3 times a week for 4 weeks.
