Texas.....

"Up to a felony charge can be levied for promoting the use of, or owning more than six dildos."

This law was recently upheld by the Texas Supreme Court where one of the justices said something very humorous about it, but his exact wording slips my mind.

This law must be aimed at shutting down sex shops by making their inventory illegal. We've got laws in Wisconsin against owning "drug parphernalia", so the head shops advertise their bongs and hookas as exotic tobacco pipes. I suppose the Texas sex shops could advertise their dildo stock as doorstops or something.
