Dumb Law Enforced

In michigan there is a law that there was a bounty of 10cents for every rat head brought in to a town office. I was serching and I found a artical of a man who just resently turned in some rat heads and the city was forced to pay him. HAHA I think thats just plan silly :-P

We've got plenty of rat heads at City Hall here; outta pay a bounty to get 'em out, not bring more in.

If you have Rats, and can collect a bounty on
them, we could create a new breed of bounty hunters!!! Just think of Subways, tenements,abbandoned buildings, that could be cleared of rats. The ecconamy, could be strengthened. More Jobs, more Taxes, and then
later the rats could be declared an endangered Species, and the Bounty Hunters could be Fined, Jailed, or both! Just think of all of the goverment jobs that could be created!!! Right here in Vegas, we could have a town hall meeting, to get all the ideas, together, so we could pass it on to the City Council, for licencing Fees. This just may be the way to strengthening the ecconomy!!!
