That's a good law. Does it apply to mums?? My mum keeps nagging at me for having my tongue pierced.."Its not socially acceptable blah blah blah". You can't even see it!!! - except when i laugh or yawn.

Never mind the fact that you mean "excluded", isn't this law self-contradictory? I mean, if someone judges me on my looks and I cause that person to be excluded (see what I mean? I'm not sure how you can "seclude" a person from society") from society, does not my action - which is to judge someone else on their actions - render me liable to join that person in Mauritius, albeit probably in a different resort of that wonderful place?

Don't pretty well all laws judge people on their actions? Isn't committing murder an action? I doubt if a High Court Judge would let me get away with murder - even if he did discover that, "when you get to know me", I'm rather a splendid fellow! :lol

Judging people on their looks, that depends on what effect the judgment has. If it's a case of not getting a job because there's someone "more attractive" that the boss would rather employ when all other things are equal, well you might have a case there. But in terms of sexual partners and all that, you're free to choose not to go to bed with anyone you don't want to, for whatever reason.
