Cussing canoeist conviction overturned

I've not been able to find this on the net yet but I did hear it on the radio news the other day.
The canoeist in Michigan that was tried and convicted for cussing in front of children after falling in the river has had the convition overturned by one of the supreme courts.
The anti cussing bill was found to be unconstitutional.
If anyone else can find the story, it was blurbed sometime in the last 2 weeks or so
