Illegal use of mobile phone.

It´s illegal to use mobile phones in public transport vehicles, library, when you are crossing street, by driving any kind of vehicle, when you are using fire, in post office, in bank and when you are smoking cigarettes.
Punishent is warning or fines not more than $120, or if your mobile phone using is causing danger, fines not least $100 and not more than $500 or imprisonment and confiscation the phone.

I've got a funny (?) joke about mobile phones:

A finnish old timer farmer buys a mobile phone. Next day he goes to local gas station to drink few pints of beer. His mobile phone rings. He answers and asks:

You know what is great? When you're trying to study in the train, people just behind you wanna compare ringtones. For about 100 kms, they did nothing but let their ringtones fly through space. Annoying as hell, and they only had a limited amount of ringtones. So I heard every ringtone at least 8 times. PUT THAT THING AWAY IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO MAKE A PHONE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: forgot to mention. In the UK it is noe illegal to drive while using a mobile. (Thats true.)
