Default Atari Copycat machine

I got this $18.99 game that is shaped like a atari controller.
It has atari games on it and it is like playing the good ol' atari again.

Well while i was reading the warranty, it said that it did not cover any act of God.

well i think it is very confusing that a warranty will not cover any act of god.

At least you could spell that out a bit

Any act of God- like natural disaster, if that's what you were inquiring to.

if it were a natural distaster, then it should have read "Natural disasters" rather than "act of god" becuase "act of god" can be loosely related to anything

You could use this to your advantage. Suppose your Atari copycat is damaged/destroyed by what is classically known as an Act of God - for example, it rains for 40 days and 40 nights and your console gets damp - then you could claim to belong to a religion that does have a deity called God, but He isn't responsible for the weather, that's the job of another deity called Shooglenifty. Since the warranty doesn't mention an Act of Shooglenifty clause, you could claim the console was covered by the terms of the warranty. Neat, huh?

Or is this a lo-o-o-o-ong shot?

Shooglenifty is the name of an excellent Scottish Celtic prog-folk group: Shooglenifty :) Just thought I ought to say so before anyone gets carried away!
